During for your first visit you will recieve a dental check up and panaromic x-ray, periapical x-ray if it is necessary. Than oral diagnosis department refer to dental specialists for your dental treatment if it is necessary. We will arrange a treatment plan that is suitable for you. Continuous quality improvement is a shared responsibility of the hospital and its employees. We call and invite patients to feedback their experience to us. We discuss patient feedback and ways of solutions at staff meetings.

SADEM has procedures to sterilise equipment used during a treatment. Equipments are decontaminated with a first washing before being sterilised in an autoclave. The patients will have hygienic treatment for all dental works by specialists in each field of dentistry and we are confident that you will receive high quality dental works as you desire. Some instruments, work surfaces and the dental chair are fully disinfected using powerful chemicals which are designed to kill bacteria and viruses. We use disposable materials wherever possible.
